Get your photos out of Pass
Pass dashboard → Galleries → open a gallery → Settings → make sure High-Resolution downloads is ON.
Open the gallery → the down-arrow (top right) → Download Full Gallery → Download to Computer.
Packaging can take minutes to hours — start every gallery downloading first, then grab each photos.zip as it's ready.
The zip is organized by scene into subfolders — those become your gallery chapters.
You'll get a CSV: Name, Email, Project, User Type. Upload it raw in Step 3 — we auto-read it and prefer the Main Client.
Caveat: only people who entered their email appear. You'll fill the rest in by hand — that's normal.
Bring galleries straight from Dropbox
No downloading or zipping. Connect your Dropbox once, choose the folder your galleries live in, and Vizion pulls the photos over for you. Each subfolder becomes a gallery; scene subfolders inside become chapters.
Fold it into one folder
Make one folder for the move — e.g. Vizion-Migration/.
Inside it, create one subfolder per client, named for that client or gallery.
Unzip each gallery inside its client's subfolder. Any scene subfolders become chapters automatically.

Point this at your migration folder. Vizion creates one private gallery per client subfolder and uploads their photos — chapters and all. If you did Step 3 first, each client's email rides along automatically.
